These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NCS (New Complete System), a software platform provided by KJONGSys LLC ("KJONGSys", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the platform, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to these Terms.
NCS is an all-in-one business operations platform that may include scheduling, inventory and pricing, quoting, bookings, invoicing and payments, CRM and marketing, dispatch, communications, field and team management, reporting, and a customer portal. Features available to you depend on your plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
NCS is provisioned and configured for each customer, so engagements begin with a guided pilot rather than a self-serve trial. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select, and a one-time setup and migration fee may apply. Card payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are passed through to you. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter into NCS ("Customer Data"). You grant KJONGSys the rights needed to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law.
The NCS platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by KJONGSys LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use NCS during your active subscription.
We work to keep NCS available and reliable, and higher plans may include a defined uptime commitment. Support channels and response expectations depend on your plan.
You may cancel at any time as described in your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for violation of these Terms. On termination, you may request an export of your Customer Data within a reasonable period.
NCS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, KJONGSys's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited as set out in the final agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
