Pricing is per business, and NCS is set up and configured for you, so there is no self-serve signup and no per-seat metering to manage. A one-time setup and migration fee applies. Card payments are processed through Stripe at your processor's rate. Month-to-month or annual billing is available.

Is this the final pricing?

These numbers are a current proposal while we finalize plans and features for launch. Request a demo and we will confirm exact pricing for your business.

Is there a free trial?

Because each business is set up and configured individually, there is no self-serve free trial. Instead we run a guided pilot: a live demo on real data so you see exactly how NCS fits before you commit.

Why is pricing per business instead of per user?

NCS runs a dedicated instance for your business, so you are not metered per seat. You get one predictable bill for the whole operation, with additional locations available as an add-on.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Because we deploy, configure, and migrate your data for you, a one-time setup and migration fee applies. We will quote it with your plan.

How are card payments handled?

Card payments run through Stripe at their standard processing rate. NCS never sees or stores card numbers, and you can optionally pass card fees through to your customers.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down as your needs change. Most businesses start on Starter or Professional and grow into Complete when they want the phones and payroll in the same system.
